When it first announced National Award-winning actor Dhanush would be heading to Hollywood, the news left everybody in the Tamil film industry ecstatic.
Titled The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir, the film directed by Ken Scott being distributed by Sony Pictures will be hitting screens in France on May 30.
Meanwhile, prior to the theatrical release, The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir will be heading to the 2018 Cannes Film Festival where Dhanush will be presenting the film on May 11.
Furthermore, the film which comprises of Bérénice Bejo, Barkhad Abdi, Gérard Jugnot, Erin Moriarty among others will take part in a special Q & A session along with director Ken Scott and Dhanush at the prestigious film festival.
Although no details regarding the film’s Indian release date have been unveiled yet, we can expect a word from Dhanush or the makers regarding it over the coming days.
