Dhanush is riding high on the success of Thiruchitrambalam which had and is having a phenomenal run at the box office. The film opened to highly positive reviews from the critics and general audience and it turned out to be one of the biggest ever hits in Dhanush's career. That being said, the makers have now released the official lyric video of the bonus song, 'Kanneer Sindha' which was featured as a bonus song directly in the film. 'Kanneer Sindha' was not a part of the audio jukebox that was released before the film and we got to hear it for the first time while watching the film on the big screen.

'Kanneer Sindha' is an emotionally soulful number that effectively establishes the father - son relationship in the most heartwarming manner. The wait for the fans will now come to an end and people can listen to this beautiful number on YouTube and other audio streaming platforms. Vijay Yesudas' divine rendition adds more merry to the song. The viral hit bonus number 'Mayakkama Kalakkama' was released last week and the other bonus song is now out. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander whose songs and background score have played an integral part in elevating the impact of the film and the DnA combo has tasted success once again.

Thiruchitrambalam, directed by Mithran R Jawahar of Yaaradi Nee Mohini and Uthamaputhiran fame, has three female leads - Nithya Menen, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Raashi Khanna and among the three, the character of Nithya Menen, Shobana, turned out to be the favourite of the masses, striking a chord. Prakash Raj and Bharathiraja formed the supporting cast. The film will officially stream on Sun NXT very soon and the streaming date is yet to be announced. Meanwhile, Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his next, Naane Varuvean which will be hitting the screens on September 29.
