According to the latest reports, Deepika Padukone was rushed to a private hospital in Hyderabad after she experienced uneasiness. Deepika is currently in Hyderabad shooting for the highly ambitious Prabhas starrer, Project K, directed by Nag Ashwin of Mahanati fame. While shooting for the film, she complained of experiencing increased heart rates, thereby feeling uneasy on the sets. The shooting was stalled and the actress was immediately rushed to the hospital. After undergoing treatment, the Gehraiyaan actress returned to the sets of Project K.

She is currently said to be doing fine and the fans have been requested not to worry or believe in false stories. Talking to India Today, a source close to the team was quoted as saying, "Deepika was rushed to a hospital after she experienced uneasiness. She felt her heartbeat going erratic followed by restlessness. After being treated, she is now back on the sets of Project K and is recovering". While this is the situation, an official statement from Deepika Padukone is yet to be issued. While more details are awaited, it is indeed good to know that the star actress is back in good health.

Deepika is currently shooting for Project K which stars Prabhas and Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles. The film is produced by Vyjayanthi Movies and directed by Nag Ashwin. Deepika was last seen in the intense romantic drama, Gehraiyaan which received high appreciation from the fans and critics, especially for her beautiful performance as Alisha. Up next, she has Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, Ranveer Singh's Cirkus and other movies in the pipeline.

Pathaan is directed by Siddharth Anand of War fame and it has SRK and John Abraham playing the male leads. Pathaan will be an action extravaganza that is slated for release on January 25, 2023. In Ranveer's Cirkus, the star actress will be seen playing a cameo.
