Santhanam is a popular actor who is known for playing the lead in many hilarious comedy films. The next film by the actor that is set to release in theatres is DD returns. It is set for a grand theatrical release on July 28. It is directed by S. Prem Anand, who has worked as an assistant director for filmmaker Rambhala. He made the films Dhilluku Dhuddu and Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 with the actor Santhanam. The makers have now revealed a new sneak peek of the film that sets the tone of the film that is released in theatres tomorrow.

The sneak peek of DD Returns opens with two ghosts who conduct a game show titled Win or Run for Santhanam and his two friends. The ghosts say they must enter through a door and find a way to the exit. Another female ghost appears and says that the player will get 50 times more gold coins than their betting money if they win the game. The ghost character, played by Pradeep Rawat, then says that the key to the exit door will be hidden somewhere in the house, and they must find it without getting caught by their family members. The ghosts then recite a dialogue from a popular movie of actor Ajith Kumar. as hint As the friend says it's Thala dialogue, another friend corrects him, saying it’s AK. The ghost replies that it's wrong anyway. If they say the right answer and get out of the situation or not? builds curiosity to watch the film.
DD Returns has a huge cast of actors that includes Santhanam, Surabhi, Redin Kingsley, Maran, Pradeep Rawat, Masoom Shankar, Fesi Vijayan, Motta Rajendran, Munishkanth, Dheena, Bipin, Thanga Durai, Deepa and others.
