Venkatesh Daggubatti of late has been working in multi-starrer films. He recently shared screen space with Varun Tej for F2 - Fun and Frustration directed by Anil Ravipudi which was bankrolled by Dil Raju. The turned out to be a huge blockbuster at the box office, it continues to do well at some centers even after completing 2 weeks.
Victory Venkatesh who shares an amazing rapport with his nephew Naga Chaitanya did a cameo as his uncle in the Telugu remake of Premam. The duo has been in talks to do a full-length feature film together for a long time. Now they joining hands officially for a film which will be funded by Suresh Daggubati under the banner Suresh Productions. This flick which is titled Venky Mama is directed by KS Ravindra alias Bobby. He is a notable filmmaker who made Jai Lava Kusa with Jr NTR.
Now the latest big news is that Rakul Preet Singh and Shriya Saran will be playing the female protagonists. Rakul is currently waiting for the release of Suriya's NGK and Karthi's Dev. With the supporting cast yet to be finalized, the team will kick start the shooting by the end of February.
