The Celebrity Cricket League 3 (CCL 3) kickstarted today! The first match in Kochi, between Chennai Rhinos, led by captain Vishal and Bhojpuri Dabanggs, led by captain Manoj Tiwari, began at 3pm. Chennai Rhinos won the toss and elected to bat first. At the end of 20 overs, Chennai Rhinos scored 185 runs for the loss of 3 wickets and Vishnu scored 96 runs, which was the highest individual score in the match. Bhojpuri Dabanggs followed the Chennai Rhinos' score closely to a nail-biting finish and won the match by 5 wickets! Bhojpuri Dabanggs are making their entry into the tournament, for the first time this year, and this was their first match. Well played Bhojpuri Dabanggs!
