The Tamil reality TV show, Bigg Boss, began airing in 2017 amidst much hype and went on to become an instant success in its first season with many of its contestants going on to become household names. It was a similar success for the show during the second season last year with the third edition currently underway for well over a month and three participants from Bigg Boss 3 namely Fathima Babu, Vanitha Vijayakumar and Mohan Vaidhya getting evicted. With the talk about another surprise entrant looming large, actress Kasturi Shankar, who was last seen in the smash hit film, Tamizh Padam 2, took to her Twitter page to share that was approached a chance to participate in Bigg Boss 3 as a contestant. In her tweet, Kasturi stated, “ABSOLUTELY UNBEARABLE TO WATCH! I have been getting calls to come aboard season 3, but after watching yesterday’s episode, I feel, ‘Thank goodness, I didn’t go there’. I don’t wish to get stuck in there with what all that’s happening,”.
The actress also expressed her dismay at yesterday’s Bigg Boss 3 third promo where director Cheran is seen apologizing after a complaint was raised by Meera Mitun. Kasturi said, "Being a successful director, he has apologized. The housemates are keeping quiet, but it is quite uncomfortable for us as viewers to witness this. Madhumitha, who had given the task deliberately to belittle Cheran’s name, went into a fit of rage when she got hurt. This is nothing more than 'Thakkali Chutney',”.
Kasturi had also called out the popular and current youth heartthrob, Losliya, declaring her to be the worst in the show now for laughing and enjoying the negativity. Check out her tweet below:
