Rajinikanth's yesteryear super hit film Baasha directed by Suresh Krishna will be re-released in Hindi. Noted producer Badrakali Vara Prasad Rao has grabbed the re-release rights.
The film is about a gangster who becomes an auto driver to lead a normal life, but his past comes back to haunt him. The film bagged both, the Filmfans Association Award and Cinema Express Award for the Best Actor for Rajinikanth. The film is expected to release in May.
