Leading Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan is a happy man these days after the sensational response to his latest film, Ayalaan, directed by R. Ravikumar and featuring music composed by Academy Award winner A. R. Rahman. With the big-budget science fiction film revolving around the relationship between an alien and a human being crossing the 50 crore mark in worldwide gross at the box office on its fourth day, SK surprised fans at the Sri Sakthi Cinemas in Tiruppur on Tuesday, January 16, and also shared his thoughts on Ayalaan 2.
Addressing fans during the screening for Ayalaan, Sivakarthikeyan said, "I believe the year has started out in a great manner for everyone. I'm happy to meet you all here. I wish to extend my gratitude to Tirupur Subramaniam sir to make this interaction happen. This is almost like the beginning of a success meet. I request you all to watch the film once again next weekend for us." Upon being queried about Ayalaan 2, Sivakarthikeyan stated, "It'll definitely happen soon. I'm not saying this for the sake of the film. We do have the idea to do Ayalaan 2. Everybody now knows what's there for them in this film, who this alien is, and how much love he's getting. We have seen all of this and we'll rectify all the shortcomings in this film and make the next one better."
