A.R.Rahman has composed an independent single track titled 'Moopilla Thamizhe Thaaye', and this will be the next song from the initiative of maajja, a campaign to elevate South Indian Independent music to a global level. The first song that came out on the label of maajja was 'Enjoy Enjaami', the sensational chartbuster song ft. Dhee and Arivu, in the composition of Santhosh Narayanan. Following the humongous success of 'Enjoy Enjaami', the next track from maajja is set for release and it will be A.R.Rahman's 'Moopilla Thamizhe Thaaye'.

Last night, the promo teaser of the song was released and it has got the fans super excited. The promo shows us a glimpse of the music video and it looks like the song has been shot on a grand scale with high production value. 'Enjoy Enjaami' was raved for its fantastic music video and it looks like 'Moopilla Thamizhe Thaaye' will also follow suit. Composed by A.R.Rahman, 'Moopilla Thamizhe Thaaye' song is penned by lyricist Thamarai, while the music video is directed by Amith Krishnan. The full song (music video) is expected to release very soon on YouTube and we can expect the song to clock several million views on YouTube.

On the films front, A.R.Rahman is currently working on various exciting projects including the historical epic, Ponniyin Selvan, directed by Mani Ratnam. A.R.Rahman and Mani Ratnam are known to have created magical numbers in the past and we can expect them to do wonders with Ponniyin Selvan as well. A.R.Rahman is also working on five other Tamil movies - Silambarasan TR's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu and Pathu Thala, Sivakarthikeyan's Ayalaan, Chiyaan Vikram's Cobra, and Parthiban's Iravin Nizhal. Rahman is also working on several other films on various languages and one can confidently say that ARR fans are in for some solid treat.
