The entire nation was shocked to know that Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan were tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus. Following them, it has now been revealed that legendary actor Anupam Kher's family members have been tested positive for the virus with mild symptoms. Anupam Kher took to his Twitter space to share this news through a video and the video has gone viral among the fans. Anupam Kher's mother Dulari has been tested positive and she is currently getting treated at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai.

His brother Raju, sister-in-law Rima and niece Vrinda have also been tested positive, but they have been advised to be on home quarantine. Fortunately, Anupam Kher also informed that he was tested negative for the virus. He tweeted, "This is to inform all that my mother Dulari is found Covid + (Mildly). We have admitted her into Kokilaben Hospital. My brother, bhabhi & niece inspite of being careful have also tested mildly positive.I got myself tested as well & I have tested negative. @mybmc is informed.!🙏".

Talking in the video, Anupam Kher thanked the medical officials and the Mumbai Corporation workers for their swift support and action. After the results turned out to be positive, Anupam Kher's house and his brother's house were sanitised using disinfectants. According to Anupam Kher, his mother was experiencing loss of appetite for the past few days and as per the recommendation of the doctor, a CT was taken and that is when it was found that she was positive for the virus.
