A highly successful Hollywood horror franchise, the Annabelle films that have come out under the New Line Cinema banner revolves around the infamous sinister doll that made waves in the Conjuring universe and is now set to leave everyone trembling once again with the upcoming Annabelle Comes Home.
Gary Dauberman, the screenwriter of the Annabelle films, IT and The Nun, is making his directorial debut with Annabelle Comes Home, which is produced by Peter Safran and stars Patrick Wilson as Ed Warren Vera Farmiga as Lorraine Warren followed by Mckenna Grace, Madison Iseman among others and is being distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures with the film coming out in theatres on June 26, 2019.
The official synopsis for Annabelle Comes Home, the sequel to 2014's Annabelle and 2017's Annabelle: Creation, is now out and is as follows: "Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren bring the possessed doll to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her “safely” behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest’s holy blessing. But an unholy night of horror awaits as Annabelle awakens the evil spirits in the room, who all set their sights on a new target—the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter, Judy, and her friends."
