Akshara Haasan was last seen in Chiyaan Vikram's Kadaram Kondan, directed by Rajesh M Selva and produced by her father, Kamal Haasan under Raaj Kamal Films International. Her role as Athiraah fetched a positive response among the audience. Her next project is not a film, but an interesting web series. This series is titled Fingertip and will be a Zee 5 Original. Director Vishnu Vardhan who is known for his films like Arindhum Ariyamalum, Pattiyal, Billa, and Arrambam, has produced Fingertip. We had reported about this progress a few months back and the news has now been made official.

The star cast of Fingertip also includes other known names like Ashwin Kakamanu, Sunainaa, and Gayathrie. Directed by debutant Shivakar, this web series will start to premiere from August 21st on Zee5 OTT platform. The trailer of this has now been released and it looks very intriguing and promising. From this promo video, it looks like Fingertip will be techno-thriller that will showcase how life can turn out be dangerous with smartphones.

With music by Deena Dayalan, this web series is shot by George C Williams and Dinesh Krishnan and cut by Bhuvan Srinivasan. A very talented crew have come together to present an intriguing web series. Check out the trailer here:
