Leading Tamil actor Jayam Ravi's first big release of 2023, Agilan, is all set to open in a grand manner in cinemas on March 10. With massive excitement surrounding the upcoming film, a sneak peek has now been released giving us an extent of the action that awaits fans in theatres when it arrives in less than a week. The Agilan sneak peek starts off with Kaappaan fame Chirag Jani as a police officer ordering the containers causing a traffic jam to head to their destinations. We next see Jayam Ravi arriving at the scene and Chirag Jani engaging in a confrontation with him.
The Agilan sneak peek gives us a hint at the big conflict between Jayam Ravi and Chirag Jani, which was first teased in the film's trailer released last week to a rousing reception. The film has been directed by N. Kalyana Krishnan and is the second time he has collaborated with Jayam Ravi after their 2015 boxing action drama film, Bhooloham. Agilan also stars Priya Bhavani Shankar as a police officer, while the rest of the star cast includes Tanya Ravichandran, Karuppan heroine Tanya Ravichandran, Hareesh Peradi, Harish Uthaman, Tarun Arora, Madhusudhan Rao among others.
Agilan is coming out amidst huge expectations as it is also Jayam Ravi's first big release after the spectacular success of Ponniyin Selvan: 1. Produced under the Screen Scene Media Entertainment Private Limited banner and featuring music by Sam C. S., the commercial entertainer will see Jayam Ravi as a crane operator and there are quite a lot of expectations for the film to take a strong start at the box office. Furthermore, Agilan will definitely create plenty of buzz for Jayam Ravi ahead of his Ponniyin Selvan: 2, which is slated to hit screens worldwide on April 28.
