Popular singer, host, and actor Aditya Narayan has shared the news of his wife Shweta Agarwal’s first pregnancy. Taking to social media. Aditya shared a photo from her maternity photo-shoot in which she is wearing a crop top and is seen cradling her baby bump. The announcement of Shweta Agarwal's pregnancy has come a day after her birthday celebrations. Last year, Aditya Narayan hinted that he would "probably be a father" by the time he steps away from television for a while in 2022. However, in an interview to Pinkvilla later, he informed that the statement had been misunderstood. "We will make an announcement if and when it happens," he said. Aditya further stated, "We are still a year and a half away from the end of 2022. So, I am quite sure that with all the time in hand and all the romance that’s happening, it’s bound to happen. But I believe it was misconstrued as something that has happened. All I was saying is, I am looking forward to it. I got married, bought a new house, and am now looking forward to taking this forward." Aditya and Shweta tied the knot on December 1, 2020, at the ISKCON temple in Mumbai in the presence of family members and close friends. The couple had been dating for nearly a decade before they got married.
Aditya is the son of iconic singer Udit Narayan and has made appearances on several notable television shows, while also starring in a few films. Over the years, he has hosted singing competition shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge, Indian Idol 11, Entertainment Ki Raat, while also participating as a contestant on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 and Bigg Boss 13. Aditya made his debut on the big screen as a child artiste in Rangeela, while playing the lead role in Shaapit in 2010.
