Rudhran is an upcoming Tamil film that has Priya Bhavani Shankar and Raghava Lawrence in lead roles directed by S Kathiresan. This is the debut film of the director but he has produced many flicks under the banner of Five Star Creations. The film also features Shivajith, Shyam Prasad and Neeolima Esai in supporting roles. The first look of the film was released about four months ago. Sarath Kumar is set to play the antagonist in the action packed flick with music composed by GV Prakash. The film has created excitement as it will be the big-screen reunion of Raghava Lawrence and Sarath Kumar after Kanchana.

Most of the filming of Rudhran has been completed with the team planning a huge audio launch in the first week of April. Actress Neelma Esai, who is playing a significant role in the film, has posted a photo on Twitter with Ragahava Lawrence showing she has wrapped up her parts in the film. The actress said “It was fantastic working with the team Rudhran” and thanked Raghava Lawrence master and director Kathiresan and the team of the project for the opportunity. She added ”Feels great to be back on sets" and tagged Ragahava Lawrence saying "you are GODLIKE HUMAN. Glad to work with you again after yearsss”. Neelima has been in the industry for a long time and she has starred as a child artist in films like Thevar Magan, and Pandavar Bhoomi. She has then acted in multiple films in notable supporting roles and has also been a part of television soap operas. Neelima is also starring in the upcoming period film August 16 1947, directed by NS Ponkumar with Gautham Karthik as the lead.

Raghava Lawrence is busy with multiple projects in the pipeline including Chandramukhi 2, Jigarthanda Double X, Adhigaram and Durga. Chandramuki 2 is another exciting Tamil film that has Ragahava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut as lead characters. It is a sequel to the popular horror film of Chandramukhi starring Rajinikanth, Prabhu and Jyothika in the lead roles.
