Released as a Pongal treat, Sketch directed by Vijay Chander under Kalaipuli S Thanu’s V Creations banner has taken a solid start in its box office run.
Sketch stars Vikram and Tamannaah for the first time together and the excitement for their chemistry has been evident with the promotional material unveiled prior to its release.
The film also has one additional attraction that will take many off guard by surprise in the form of its locales.
With its story set amidst a North Madras backdrop, director Vijay Chander initially planned to show the location in a glossy manner, but changed it to making it look more raw after Vikram pitched in his own suggestions.
Not only has this lent an original look and feel to Sketch, but has made the film more relatable.
