Vijay’s upcoming Thalapathy 64 is easily one of the most awaited films now in development and is gearing up for a massive summer 2020 worldwide theatrical release. Kaithi director Lokesh Kanagaraj is directing the film touted to be an intense action venture with music by Anirudh Ravichander. With the second schedule wrapped up earlier this week, the team is all set to head to Shimoga district in Karnataka for the next schedule, which is expected to go on for well over a month from December 1 to January 18, 2020. In the meantime, broadcasting giant, Sun TV, announced on their social networking pages that they have acquired the satellite rights of Thalapathy 64, which is being produced by Vijay’s close relative, Xavier Britto, under the XB Film Creators banner.
