After making a huge splash as an actor, Vijay Deverakonda donned the producer's hat in 2019 with his maiden production venture Meeku Maathrame Cheptha! Now, we hear that the Rowdy star is foraying into business as well. He will be following Mahesh Babu's footsteps and getting into the multiplex business. Last year, Mahesh Babu associated with Narayandas Narang of Asian Group and jointly unveiled the AMB Cinemas, at Gachibowli. AMB Cinemas (standing for Asian Mahesh Babu Cinemas) is a state-of-the-art multiplex, with seven screens. Now, we hear that Vijay Deverakonda is also associating with Asian Cinemas, the film distribution wing of Asian Groups.

Latest reports state that Vijay Deverakonda and Asian Groups are working together on constructing a three-screen multiplex in Vijay's hometown of Mahbub Nagar. This property is most likely to be named AVD Cinemas, standing for Asian Vijay Deverakonda Cinemas. We hear that work on this multiplex has already begun and that it would be completed by the middle of this year. Some speculations also abound that Vijay Deverakonda has plans to bring out a multiplex in Hyderabad itself, post the completion of this ongoing one!

Meanwhile, on the acting front, Vijay Deverakonda has completed shoot for his next movie - World Famous Lover. This movie, directed by Kranthi Madhav, has been produced by the Creative Commercials banner. The movie is in the post production stage and is planned to be released on February 14th, on Valentine's Day! This movie has four heroines - Raashi Khanna, Aishwarya Rajesh, Catherine Tresa and Izabelle Leite, pairing up with Vijay Deverakonda! Stay tuned for updates...
