Prince Sivakarthikeyan is a busy man and has been having an eventful year so far with 2 releases already and he is gearing up for the release of his next movie Hero. This movie is slated to hit the screens on December 27th. Meanwhile, even as a producer, Sivakarthikeyan is quite busy. After the highly successful maiden production Kanaa, Siva bankrolled Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja, which received mixed response. His third production venture had been announced as being the uniquely titled Vaazhl. We now have an exciting update on this movie.

Just a little while back, Sivakarthikeyan released Vaazhl's teaser. This movie is the second directorial for Arun Prabhu, who made his debut with the highly acclaimed movie Aruvi. The teaser of Vaazhl is very intriguing and doesn't give away much about the movie. There seem to be a number of different angles involved in the movie with a social angle being the main thread, involving a person named Prakash. Even the genre of the movie is undecipherable and keeps the viewers guessing. However, going by the director's first movie, we can be assured of a content driven movie in Vaazhl.

Director Arun Prabhu Purushothaman himself plays the lead in Vaazhl, which has music by Pradeep Kumar Vijay, cinematography by Shelley and editing by Raymond.
