Actor Siddharth who was last seen as a honest traffic cop in Sasi's Sivappu Manjal Pachai will have the release of his next film, Aruvam on October 11th. The makers of Aruvam have now released the official trailer which looks quite promising. From this promo video, it looks like Aruvam will be a mainstream commercial action drama with a tinge of horror element. The film will deal with the topic of food alteration and Siddharth will be locking horns with business tycoons who are played by Kabir Duhan Singh, Madhusudhan Rao, and others.

Directed by debutant Sai Shekar, Aruvam's star cast also includes Catherine Tresa (female lead), Aadukalam Naren, Sathish, and Kaali Venkat. Produced by R Ravindran under the banner of Trident Arts, the film has music by SS Thaman, cinematography by N.K.Ekhambaram, and editing by Praveen KL.
