On a pleasantly surprising note, it was revealed that Superstar Rajinikanth will be taking part in an upcoming episode of the world famous television show Man Vs Wild hosted by Bear Grylls. The show, which gets telecast on the Discovery channel, has a humongous fan base. Rajinikanth’s participation in the show took over the social media buzz and was the talk of the town, the whole day. Rajinikanth reached the Bandipur National Park yesterday morning and the shooting is said to have happened until the evening.

Rajini returned back to Chennai in the night and addressed the press and media, sharing his experience about participating in the show. A section of media had reported that Rajini got injured while shooting for the show and suffered injuries. Rajini in his speech, clarified on that rumour as well. He said, “I participated in the Man Vs Wild show for Discovery Channel.

The shooting happened at Bandipur. There was news that I suffered injuries while shooting for the show, but it is not true. While walking down, a few thorns hurt my feet and this is what exactly happened. There is nothing more to it.” On the work front, Rajinikanth will be gearing up to start shooting for the second schedule of Thalaivar 168, produced by Sun Pictures and directed by Viswasam fame Siva.
