PC Sreeram's emotional statement about Ajith | #20YearsOfMugavari
Mugavaree is a very important film in the career of Ajith Kumar and it was a film that connected with a lot of people, especially the youngsters. Mugavaree marked the debut of director V.Z.Dhorai, who later went on to make films like Thotti Jaya, Nepaali, 6 Mezhuguvathigal, Yemaali, and the recent horror thriller, Iruttu. The film was produced by Nic Arts and had cinematography by the legendary lensman P.C.Sreeram. Today is a special day for the team of Mugavaree as the film was released on this day, 20 years back in 2000.
The fans have been celebrating the day with two special hashtags, #20YearsOfMugavari and #20YearsOfMugavaree, on Twitter. On that note, P.C.Sreeram took to Twitter to share his nostalgic memory of shooting the film. He was all praise for VZ Dhorai’s interesting screenplay and top class performances from Ajith, Jyotika, Raghuvaran, K Viswanath, and others.
