Kannula Thimuru song from Darbar | Nivetha Thomas' review

We are all set to witness the much-awaited Superstar Rajinikanth film Darbar which would hit the screens on the 9th of this month. We are less than 3 days away and the expectation for the film is increasing at a rapid pace. Rockstar Anirudh has scored the music for Darbar and the audio was launched in a grand and extravagant event, recently. The songs from this album are already reigning on top of the charts and the 'Chumma Kizhi' track is keeping everybody's toes tapping in sync! One of the songs from this album - 'Kannula Thimiru' has been in the centre of a minor confusion. Unfortunately, the makers couldn't release the song but it will feature in the film for sure. 


Nivetha Thomas place Rajinikanth's daughter in Darbar, during an exclusive conversation with Galatta, she explained how Kannula Thimuru's visuals would be. This is what she had to say: “We couldn’t avoid whistling for that song while seeing Rajinikanth feature in Kannula Thimuru song. So, we knew it 100% that this song is going to be a big hit when fans watch it in theatres. Everybody used to talk in the set that Kannula Thimuru is going to be a raging hit and there will 5 minutes non-stop claps in theatre. More than the song, the visuals will be super special, it is also a way of interesting choreography. That song and the placement at which the song will feature, those would be the memorable moments of Darbar. It will be a visual treat for sure.”
