Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlus fairytale wedding - pictures take the internet by storm!

Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu got married in Mumbai on Friday evening in the presence of family members and close friends and the photos of the newly-weds from the gala event have taken the internet by storm with fans extending their wishes towards the couple for a happy married life. New bride Kajal was seen wearing a scarlet bridal ensemble, which was complimented by a pale pink embellished dupatta, along with traditional jewellery. The groom, Gautam Kitchlu, wore a striking sherwani, also styled with a pale pink dupatta. The couple and the families opted for the wedding ceremony to be an intimate affair keeping in mind the social distancing restrictions in view of the coronavirus pandemic. 

The announcement of Kajal Aggarwal's marriage to Gautam Kitchlu had come in the beginning of this month, with the actress sharing the happy news on social media. She extended her heartfelt gratitude towards fans for their support and blessings on the new journey she is set to embark in her life. Gautam Kitchlu, who runs the e-commerce venture Discern Living, did his schooling from The Cathedral & John Connon School and is an alumni of Tufts University where he completed his higher studies.

Earlier this month, Kajal Aggarwal released a statement about her marriage to Gautam Kitchlu which is as follows: "I said YES. It gives me immense joy to share that I am getting married to Gautam Kitchlu, on October 30, 2020 in Mumbai, in a small, private ceremony surrounded by our immediate families. This pandemic has certainly shed a sobering light on our joy, but we are thrilled to start our lives together and know that all of you will be cheering us on in spirit. I thank you for all the love you have showered upon me over the years and we seek your blessings as we embark upon this incredible new journey. I will still continue doing what I cherish the most – entertaining my audience – now, with a whole new purpose and meaning. Thank you for your unending support."

On the work front, Kajal Aggarwal is currently starring in the biggie, Indian 2, starring Kamal Haasan being directed by Shankar under the Lyca Productions banner. The actress is also attached to a couple of more Tamil films namely Hey Sinamika alongside Dulquer Salmaan and Aditi Rao Hydari, while she awaits the release of Paris Paris, which is an official remake of the Kangana Ranaut-starrer Queen. Kajal will also be seen in Acharya opposite 'Megastar' Chiranjeevi and Mosagallu with Vishnu Manchu in Telugu, including the long-awaited Hindi action crime venture, Mumbai Saga, alongside John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi, Suniel Shetty and others.
