Thalapathy 64 is easily one of the most anticipated films of 2020 and the fans are eagerly waiting to see a glimpse of the film in the next few weeks through a first look or motion poster. Starring Thalapathy Vijay and Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles, the film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Maanagaram and Kaithi fame. The film had excited the fans and film buffs ever since its announcement because of the freshness in the combination of Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj.

This action drama features Malavika Mohanan as the female lead, while the supporting cast includes a lot of names including Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Nassar, Gouri Kishan, Ramya Subramaniam, Sanjeev, Prem Kumar, Srinath, and others. This already star-studded film has now got one more actor into the list and the news came out last night. Actor Lallu who is known for his role in Gautham Karthik’s Rangoon and Vijay’s Sarkar is the latest person to join the star cast of Thalapathy 64.

Interestingly, Lallu was part of Lokesh’s previous directorial venture, Kaithi, in which he played one among the four boys who get trapped inside the police station. Lallu took to his Facebook page to announce the news and he sounded very happy. Being an ardent fan of Thalapathy and getting the fortunate opportunity of working with him for the second time, this must definitely be a cherishable experience for Lallu. Thalapathy 64 is scheduled to hit the screens on April 9, 2020.
