Reality TV shows have garnered a huge fan following of their own and Bigg Boss is testimony to the fact these days. With reality shows gaining more popularity over the past few years, network channels too go out of their way in terms of promotions. Although there is always the opportunity to be a standout in terms of appearing on the shows, there are at times several risks involved as well and that has now been witnessed in the Super Mom show being telecast on Zee TV in which Tamil actress Neepa has injured herself while performing a task. Known among fans for appearing alongside 'Vaigai Puyal' Vadivelu in 'Thalapathy' Vijay's smash hit 2011 film, Kaavalan, Neepa was participating in Zee TV's Super Mom along with her daughter when the unfortunate incident took place.

As part of her task, Neepa had to jump from one barrel to another, which was placed in a pool of water with the distance between each being quite wide and far away. Neepa fell facefirst on the side of the barrel and landing inside the pool after which the Super Mom crew jumped in and rushed her to the nearby hospital in an ambulance that had arrived on the show's sets in quick time. A video of the entire incident featuring Neepa with her daughter watching has left many shocked.
