There has been a surge in the number of people watching Kannada films over the past decade with Ulidavaru Kandanthe, Lucia, Kirik Party and K.G.F: Chapter 1 to name a few going on to be well-received by youngsters in Tamil Nadu. With Rakshit Shetty's Athade Srimannarayana, also getting released in Tamil as Avane Srimannarayana on January 3, 2020 across Tamil Nadu, being the latest to come from Karnataka, the upcoming romantic heist action film, India Vs England, starring Vasishta N. Simha and Manvita Kamath in the lead roles will be aiming for a grand success when it comes out in theatres on January 24, 2020.
With less than a month now the film's release, Nagathihalli Cine Creations' India Vs England teaser has now been released. Directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar, India Vs England also includes in its star cast names like Anant Nag, Sadhu Kokila, Prakash Belawadi and Sumalatha Ambreesh in major supporting roles with music composed by Arjun Janya. YN Shankare Gowda is serving as the producer of the film, which has its story written by Kanasu Nagathihalli while cinematography has been handled by the Will Price, Satya Hegde and AV Krishna Kumar trio, editing done by Srikanth and choreography by Mohan.
