General Manager of Chennai company dies after consuming drug he invented as cure for COVID-19!
People across the entire world are racing against time to find a cure or vaccine for the deadly COVID-19 Novel Corona Virus, which has been declared a Pandemic and is taking lives in heavy numbers! With scientists and researchers trying to find some cure or the other, a Chennai based company - Sujatha Bio-Tech was also involved in these efforts! This company is known for its herbal products like Nivaran-90, Memory Plus and Velvette Shampoo, which are very popular across the country! Sujatha Bio-Tech is owned by Dr. Raj Kumar and Mr. Sivanesan, who has worked in this company for over 20 years, held the post of General Manager. Reports state that Sivanesan has passed away after consuming a new drug he had invented as a cure for the COVID-19 Virus!
The 47-year-old Sivanesan is a native of Erode and had come down to Chennai after the lockdown was announced, to stay at Dr. Raj Kumar's house and work together to find a cure for the Corona Virus. Yesterday, Sivanesan is said to have identified a drug, which Dr. Raj Kumar first consumed in a small measure and immediately fainted. However, he recovered in 10 minutes and considering that to be normal, Sivanesan is also said to have consumed the drug and fainted. However, when he did not recover, the employees of Sujatha Bio-Tech rushed him to a nearby hospital, which then referred them to a different hospital. However, Sivanesan was declared dead upon arrival at the second hospital. The Teynampet Police have registered a case and are investigating.
