OTT platforms are the next big thing for filmmakers. As we have already informed you before, Vignesh Shivn is currently shooting his portion of the anthology film for Netflix. The project has gotten many talking and everyone’s been wondering what his story would be based around. We already told you that our sources have informed us Vignesh Shivn’s portions deal with the theme of honour killing. It is also known that the film will have Anjali in the lead and Kalki Koechlin will be playing a pivotal part.
Now, the latest that we hear from our sources is that Kalki’s character in this film will be called Penelope. Talking to us exclusively our sources revealed this piece of information. The details of the rest of the cast and crew have not been revealed yet. The other three portions are expected to be directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, Vetri Maaran and Sudha Kongara.
This sure is going to be an extremely interesting project to look forward to. Vignesh is also getting ready to commence work on his next project with Sivakarthikeyan. The film is tentatively being called SK17 and Rashmika Mandanna is said to be the female lead in this one. Stay tuned!
