Vijay Sethupathi - Nayanthara - Samantha starrer Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal has released today (April 28) amidst high expectations and it has opened well at the box office. Reviews have started to pour in on social media and with that being said, blockbuster filmmaker Atlee has shared his thoughts on the film. Atlee congratulated the entire team of Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal and sent his heartfelt appreciation to the lead star cast - Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Samantha. He also called the film to be a fun-filled entertainer with good emotions.

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is directed by Vignesh Shivan and has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The rockstar composer's work, along with the brilliant performances of the three lead actors, especially Samantha, has been the talk of the town since this morning.

Produced by Lalit Kumar under the banner of 7 Screen Studio in association with Rowdy Pictures, this film has cinematography by SR Kathir and Vijay Karthik Kannan and editing by Sreekar Prasad. This triangular love story features Prabhu, Kala Master, former Indian cricketer Sreesanth, Redin Kingsley, Lollu Sabha Maran, and others in pivotal roles. Now that Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal has released, Vignesh Shivan will now move forward to his next biggie, AK 62 with Ajith Kumar and the fans have pinned huge hopes on this film. AK 62 will be produced by Lyca Productions on a grand scale and will have music composed by Anirudh.

The film which is currently in the pre-production stages, is expected to go on floors from the end of this year.
