Chiyaan Vikram's upcoming action drama, Mahaan is set to release on February 10, Thursday, and the fans are eagerly looking forward to witnessing the film. Mahaan will have a direct OTT release on Amazon Prime Video marking Vikram's first-ever direct digital release. Vikram's son, Dhruv Vikram plays the other lead in this film and the real-life father-son duo will set the screens on fire with their electrifying screen presence. Ahead of the movie's release, the makers have unveiled the official trailer of the film and it looks quite promising. The trailer gives us a detailed picture of what the film is going to be about.

The film follows the story of Gandhi Mahaan (Chiyaan Vikram), once a good-hearted and calm commerce teacher, who turns into a billionaire after entering the liquor export business. In search of money, Gandhi Mahaan walks out of his home leaving his family - wife and child behind. Years later, he meets his son who grows up to be a Police officer. The father and son stand on opposite sides and their faceoff is what Mahaan is going to be about. Did the father and son manage to reunite or what was their fate?. We will know the answer on February 10. 

This trailer is packed in an interesting fashion that holds our attention and it looks high on action. Director Karthik Subbaraj also seems to have touched upon various social issues with Mahaan and we get to see a short tease of it in the trailer. Santhosh Narayanan's musical score in the trailer adds solid punch and his music is going to play a pivotal role indeed.
