During US invasion of Iraq some illegal migrants are waiting to get back home to India. As one such family prepares to celebrate the 6th birthday of their youngest member Chintu, their kind-hearted Iraqi landlord lends them a helping hand. The idea of a sweet, small Indian family of five trying to celebrate its youngest member's birthday in a war-torn Iraq soon after the fall of Saddam Hussein is novel and distinct. And the entire film takes place within the span of a few hours.

And amidst all the chaos and danger, the family struggles to celebrate and make the day memorable for Chintu. It is a film that constantly flipflops between comedy and thriller and might make a few uncomfortable for the violence in the film. Vinay Pathak as the father will remind you of your own paternal figure and Vedant Chibber as the innocent-looking young boy who plays Chintu, these two characters are said to be the standout performers from the trailer.
