Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies has been actively involved in the business of film distribution and it looks like there is no stopping them. After presenting mega biggies like Rajinikanth's Annaatthe, Suriya's Etharkkum Thunindhavan, Prabhas' Radhe Shyam, Thalapathy Vijay's Beast, Vijay Sethupathi's Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, Sivakarthikeyan's Don, Kamal Haasan's Vikram, Madhavan's Rocketry, the company has films like Chiyaan Vikram's Cobra, Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha, Silambarasan TR's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, and Arya's Captain are in the pipeline, to release in the coming months.

That said, Red Giant Movies has now acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical distribution rights of one more film and the official update regarding the same is out. The leading film distribution house has now snapped the rights of Arulnithi's upcoming mystery thriller, Diary, which is directed by debutant Innasi Pandiyan. The official announcement about it was made by Red Giant Movies through a tweet that read, "Thrilled to announce that Red Giant Movies have acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical distribution rights of @arulnithitamil’s #Diary A crime thriller coming 🔜".

With the arrival of Red Giant Movies, one can surely confirm that Diary will have a smooth and wide release across Tamil Nadu on a wide range of screens and the development has garnered attention on social media. Produced by S Kathiresan under the banner of 5 Star Creations, the film will have music composed by Ron Ethann Yohann of Maya fame and cinematography handled by Aravinnd Singh. SP Raja Sethupathi has edited the film which is gearing up for its release soon. Details regarding the release plans of the movie are yet to be known and further details are awaited.

Arulnithi's latest film, Dejavu is currently running in theatres with fairly decent reviews from the audiences. Diary will be Arulnithi's third release of this year after D Block and Dejavu.
