Jayam Ravi is basking in the success of his latest release Comali, directed by Pradeep Ranganathan! He has been choosing his movies very carefully and delivering hit after hit and is now considered one of the most bankable stars in the industry. There have been a lot of reports doing the rounds about his upcoming projects. It is well known that his milestone 25th movie would be with director Lakshman, with whom he has earlier worked in Romeo Juliet & Bogan! It was also announced that after this, his next movie which is going by the working title JR 26, would be with director Ahmed of Endrendrum Punnagai, Vaamanan and Manithan fame.

It was also announced that Taapsee had been signed on to play the female lead in JR26 and we had also broke the news that this movie would be titled Jana Gana Mana. Now, we have an official confirmation on yet another addition to this movie's cast. There had been reports that Action King Arjun had signed up to play an important role in this movie and now we have confirmation from the man himself, that he is indeed acting in this movie. We called Arjun to check on this rumour and he confirmed being a part of Jana Gana Mana.
In recent times, Arjun has reinvented himself with negative characters and also supporting roles. He was last seen in Kollywood in the Vijay Antony movie Kolaigaran, as a Police officer. His last on screen appearance was in the recently released Kannada magnum opus Kurukshetra, where he was seen playing Karna to Darshan's Duryodhana.
