Santhanam's comedy entertainer film Dagaalty hit the big screens recently and the movie received mixed reviews from fans. The film featured Rittika Sen as the lady lead and the cast of the film also included Yogi Babu, Radha Ravi, Santhana Bharathi, Rekha, Namo Narayana and Manobala playing important roles. Dagaalty was written and directed by Vijay Anand and the movie is bankrolled by SP Chowdhary and co-producer by C Ramesh Kumar under the production banner of Handmade Films and 18 Reels. Dagaalty has music by Vijay Narain, cinematography by Deepak Kumar Pathy and edited by TS Suresh. 

The latest news about the film is the newly released video of the song titled Aaliyah Aaliyah. The peppy number is composed by Vijaynarain, written by  Madhan Karky and sung by Harshitha Krishnan and Gowtham Bharadwaj. Aaliyah Aaliyah features the gorgeous model and dancer Scarlett Mellish Wilson who is popular from the song Jingunamani Jingunamani from Vijay's Jilla.
