Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram which released on 3 June 2022 has been dominating the box office ever since it came out. This action-packed thriller which is made with Hollywood standards is still going just as strong as it went on its release date. The film starring Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in the lead does not seem to be slowing down at all and one cannot expect it to slow down as well. The film also stars actor Suriya in one of the most pivotal cameo appearances in the history of Tamil cinema as his character opens up the story to speculations.

Since it has been 10 days after the film's release, a sneak peek was dropped earlier today. The 56 seconds video clip features two important scenes from Vikram. First one is that of Vijay Sethupathi's character "helping" the needy, while the second one shows the character played by Fahadh Faasil getting married to his significant other. At first glance, it may seem like just another normal scene. But what these scenes contribute towards the end of the film is what matters. Vikram is creating new box office records both in the theatres and in Kamal’s career. It has also gone on to become one of the highest-grossing Tamil movies of 2022.
On the work front, Kamal Haasan will next be seen in Shankar's Indian 2 which is the sequel to his 1996 film Indian. Kamal has also got two untitled projects with directors Mahesh Narayanan as well as Pa. Ranjith. Vijay Sethupathi, on the other hand, has got a line of films under his belt which includes two Hindi films namely Merry Christmas and Mumbaikar, Malayalam film 19(1)(a), the silent film Gandhi Talks and Vetrimaaran's Viduthalai. Finally, Fahadh Faasil has completed filming for Malayankunju and will next be seen in Maamannan and Pushpa 2: The Rule, the latter in which he will be seen reprising the role of Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat IPS.
