Mollywood actress Gayathri Suresh has made herself a noticable spot with just 4 years of being in the industry. Since her next film, Children's Park is gearing up for its release, the actress had opened up about casting couch in an interview at a radio channel, while promoting the movie with her co-star Dhruvan. In that she had revealed that she has been asked to "compromise" by a couple of producers to be cast in films and that she doesn't reply to such messages.
Gayathri Suresh also stated that she had to let go of various movies as she did not agree to the unethical demands of people. In the conversation, she also broke it to us that she has not faced cast couch in other industries including Tamil, Kannada or Hindi, but just in Mollywood. She also added that the predators sought it as an obligation and as a return favor as they had cast her and gave her a break in her career.
Actress Parvathy was the pioneer in opening up about the existence of casting couch on the Malayalam movie industry.
