In the backdrop of growing popularity of Telugu films in Karnataka, Jr. NTR's upcoming mass entertainer Dammu will be released in around 150 screens across Karnataka, sources said. Notably, this is the first Telugu film to get such a big release in the state.
It is noteworthy that Ram Charan's recent film Racha was released in more than 90 screens in Karnataka and it collected Rs. 15 crores from the state. Dammu was given an "A" certificate by the censor board and is set to hit the screens across the globe on April 27.
