They welcomed their first child six years after their marriage. Bipasha and Karan, on August 16, officially announced that they are expecting their first child together. Bipasha Basu took to her official Instagram to announce this lovely news.
Sharing an image of her holding her daughter's tiny little feet, the post reads - 'The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is Divine'. Sharing the image, she attached a caption to it that read, "Blessed 🙏🔱🧿 ". The post also tells us the daughter's date of birth and her name which is 12/11/22 and Devi Basu Singh Grover respectively. Soon after the couple announced the news, celebrities including Sonam Kapoor, Shamita Shetty, Dia Mirza and others flooded the couple's post with comments. Bipasha Basu announced her pregnancy in August via an Instagram post. The couple, in an identical post, shared an adorable picture of themselves from their pregnancy photoshoot.
Bipasha and Karan first met on the set of Bhushan Patel’s film ‘Alone’ in the year 2015, which marked their first on-screen collaboration and they tied the knot after one year of dating in April 2016. Recently this year, celebrity couples Priyanka Chopra - Nick Jonas, Ranbir Kapoor - Alia Bhatt and Gurmeet Choudhary - Debina Bonnerjee also welcomed baby girls.
