Kaanadante Maayavadanu, the upcoming Kannada language romantic fantasy film directed by Raj Pathipati on his debut features Vikas and Sindhu Lokanath playing lead characters. The film written by Raj Pathipati and Vikas is bankrolled by Chandrashekar Naidu, Som Singh and Pushpa Somsingh with the banner Back Benchers Motion Picture. The film gets its title from the opening lines of the song Kaanadante Maayavadanu from the movie Chalisuva Modagalu. Kaanadante Maayavadanu has music scored by Gummineni Vijay Babu making his debut, cinematography by Sugnaan and editing by Suresh Armugam. The movie also includes Achyuth Kumar, Suchendra Prasad, Raghava Uday, Bhajarangi Loki, Dharmanna Kadur, Vinaya Prakash and Nagaraj Arasu in supporting roles.
