Betaal is an upcoming fictional horror web series starring Viineet Kumar Singh, Jitendra Joshi, Aahana Kumra and Suchitra Pillai in the lead roles. Betaal is written and directed by Patrick Graham of Ghoul fame and Nikhil Mahajan. The series is produced under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment. Betaal will be releasing on Netflix, making it the third collaboration between the production house and Netflix. Betaal will be out on Netflix from May 24th and the official trailer has dropped online.

Betaal is based on a remote village that serves as the battleground between British Indian Army officer Betaal, his battalion of zombie redcoats, and the Indian police. While on a mission to displace the natives of Campa forest in order to build a highway, Sirohi and his squad unwittingly unleash the curse of Betaal mountain that wreaks havoc on the people and threatens to end civilization as we know it.
