Allu Arjun completes 17 years in the film industry today (March 28) and his fans have been celebrating the special occasion on social media. Arjun’s debut film, Gangotri, directed by legendary filmmaker K Raghavendra Rao, released on this day in 2003 and there has been no lookback since then. Fondly called as ‘Bunny’ and ‘Stylish Star’, Allu Arjun owns a humongous fan base in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Responding to the special occasion, Allu Arjun took to his Twitter space to thank all his fans, followers, and well-wishers, who have made him come all this way.
He also thanked Raghavendra Rao and his father, Allu Aravind for introducing him to cinema and added that he would be grateful to them forever. The sensational actor, who recently tasted blockbuster success with Trivikram’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, will soon start shooting for his next, AA 20. This new project will be directed by Rangasthalam fame Sukumar and it will have a stellar star cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, and others. The film will have music by Devi Sri Prasad.
It can be recalled that Allu Arjun’s name recently hit the headlines for his generous donation of Rs 1.25 crores to the Governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala, to fight the corona virus pandemic.
