Ace music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has teamed up with legendary composer A.R.Rahman's son, A.R.Ameen for a new independent song and this collaboration has excited film buffs and music lovers. This song is called 'Tala Al Badru Alayna' and it is an Islamic devotional song. The song was officially unveiled today (May 14), marking the occasion of Eid and the song has opened to a good response from the fans. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed this song for which AR Ameen has lent his voice. Zafroon NIzar has penned the Tamil lyrics (transcribed) for the song, while the original Arabic lyric is penned by People of Madinah.

The song has been officially released on Yuvan's U1 Records YouTube channel. It is good to see fresher collaborations like these and we hope more such associations happen in the coming days. Yuvan has also confirmed that the returns and revenue of this song will be contributed towards the people who are in need and his noble gesture has won the hearts of the Tamil people.

Talking about the song, Yuvan Shankar Raja, said in an official statement, “I am feeling happy to work with my brother A.R.
