Leading Tamil anchor VJ Anjana lost her father in law recently and she took to her official Instagram page to pen a heartfelt note about him. Having lost her father at a very young age, Anjana mentioned that her father in law filled the void and was a father-figure to her. She also recollected the fond memories that she shared with him and her statement has garnered attention on social media.
Anjana's heartfelt statement on the demise of her father in law read, "I lost my father when I was 10 years old. My father in law filled up that space and I lost him few days back. Even sooner than my father. Been only 6 years. I lost my father at a very young age and Appa (FIL) never had a daughter. Maybe that's why we had our fair share of arguments, fights, and difference of opinions. But we had a larger share of affection, laughter, fun, naughty father daughter moments, silent misunderstandings and abundant love. The bond was so strong that cannot be affected come what may. A bond that cannot be explained but could only be felt between two hearts".
Anjana is married to actor Chandramouli who is best known for his debut performance, Kayal, directed by Prabu Solomon. Chandramouli was last seen in the recent Venkat Prabhu directorial, Manmatha Leelai which featured Ashok Selvan in the lead role. Up next, Chandramouli will be seen acting as one of the leads in Venkat Prabhu's long awaited film, Party. Chandramouli has an elder brother, Raghunathan who is a producer in Tamil cinema. Raghunathan produces films under the banner of 2MB (2 Movie Buffs) Productions. Anjana, on the professional front, is one of the most busiest anchors in the field and she has hosted the promotional events and several mega biggies in the recent past.
