We are just two days away from witnessing the highly anticipated Silambarasan TR starrer Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu on the big screen and the film is expected to take a solid opening at the box office. The film has got high expectations among the fans and film buffs and early morning shows have been planned to start from 5 AM. A record-breaking opening is said to be on cards. The film will release in Tamil Nadu through the banner of Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies. The film will also have a dubbed release in Telugu and the Telugu version of the film is called The Life of Muthu.
The Telugu version of VTK was also slated to release on September 15, the same day as the release of the Tamil version, but there has now been in a change. Yes! Due to a few unforeseen technical issues, the Telugu version will have a delayed release. The Life of Muthu will release in theatres in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on September 17, Sunday, 2 days after the original version's release. For the first two days, the Tamil version will be played in the theatres. This update was officially shared by the distributors of The Life Of Muthu and this development comes as a minor setback for the makers.
The official statement from the team regarding the delayed release read, "Due to last minute technical issue, we have decided to move #TheLifeOfMuthu Telugu release to 17th. The Tamil version #VTK will release in AP&TS theatres as scheduled on 15th". The Telugu version of Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu - The Life of Muthu will be presented by Sri Sravanthi Movies, one of the leading film distribution and production firms in Telugu cinema. Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon and produced by Dr Ishari K Ganesh under the banner of Vels Film International, the film has music composed by A.R.Rahman and features Siddhi Idnani as the female lead.
