Actor Kabir Duhan Singh, who is best known among Tamil cinema audiences for playing the villain in Ajith Kumar's Vedalam, has tied the knot with Seema Chahal at a hotel in Faridabad in the presence of family members and close friends. Sharing pictures from their wedding, he wrote on Instagram, "Introducing you all to my Date for Forever ❤️ (sic)", with personalities from the film fraternity, well-wishers, and fans sending their wishes to the newly-married couple. Kabir looked his dashing best and wore a beige-colored sherwani, while Seema looked gorgeous in a red lehenga, which she complimented with Kundan jewelry. The couple's union began with a puja on June 21, which was followed by the Haldi and Mehendi functions, and the wedding ceremony at a resort in Delhi. According to reports, Seema is a mathematics teacher hailing from Haryana, and the wedding is said to be an arranged marriage.

Kabir Duhan Singh made his acting debut with the 2015 Telugu film, Jil, in which he was cast as the antagonist, after which he subsequently went on to make appearances in Bengal Tiger, Kick 2, and Gabbar Singh to name a notable few. The actor then made his Tamil cinema debut by being cast as the villain in Ajith's Vedalam, which went on to become a massive blockbuster. The film directed by Siva and also starring Lakshmi Menon and Shruti Haasan saw Kabir as a formidable foe to Ajith, with fans lapping up the chemistry and the action between them. Kabir also played the baddie in Vijay Sethupathi's Rekka, Siddharth's Aruvam, Vishal's Action, and Raghava Lawrence's box-office money-spinner Kanchana 3. He was a part of four big films in 2023 starting with Sudheer Babu's action thriller Hunt and Samantha's mythological romantic drama Shaakuntalam in Telugu, Upendra's Kazbaa in Kannada and also made an appearance in Phakaat in Marathi.
