For the past few days, Vanitha Vijayakumar has been actively voicing out against cyber bullying and the negativity on social media. She filed a police complaint against YouTuber Suriya Devi on the grounds of cyber bullying and the case was investigated by the Police. Spreading hatred and negativity on social media doesn’t seem to be ending and Vanitha sounded very disappointed about it. Recently, she tweeted saying that cyber laws need to be made strict so that it will reduce a lot of problems on social media.
Meera Mitun has of late been trying to attain publicity by talking negatively about stars like Thalapathy Vijay, Suriya, Jyotika, and others and it has not gone well with the fans. Keeping this story aside, there were a few unfortunate deaths that happened due to suicide and Vanitha cited examples of these disturbing incidents to request people to ignore negativity. She condemned the people who leave comments about death.
She posted tweets that read, “So many suicides all over India recently..many from film or tv industry.. and yet netizens bully abuse people and corner them .. many comment saying DIE. do u even realize who u are.. u are a nothing in this world .. one in a billion jobless enough to comment on someone timeline when U hate them. God is watching .. u r a sinner too.. indulging in a sin so bad to be the reason for someone life to end somewhere.. u think u r going to heaven with this cheap behavior.. the problem is u will never understand or change as u r mentallysick.. #Ignorenegativity”.
Notably, 'Ignore Negativity' is a popular phrase that Thalapathy Vijay regularly tells his fans and well-wishers and he even mentioned that it was his success mantra.
Currently, on the work front, Vanitha Vijayakumar is seen as one of the judges for the comedy entertainment show - Kalakka Povathu Yaaru (Season 9) on Vijay TV. She posts cooking and health related videos on a regular basis on her official YouTube channel. She is also constantly interacting with her followers through Instagram and Twitter.
In one of her recent videos, Vanitha revealed that she is also going to be acting in some exciting Tamil films for which the announcements will come soon. Notably, she will also be acting in her husband Peter Paul's debut directorial film which is touted to be a sci-fi drama. Check out Vanitha Vijayakumar’s tweets below:
