She lost her life after eating a pineapple that had firecrackers inside. After she ate it, the firecracker exploded and it unfortunately led to her demise. Reportedly, the elephant was in search of food due to hunger and found this pineapple in the nearby village. It is said that a local person fed the elephant with the pineapple. It gets even more disturbing and disheartening when we realise that it is not just one, but two lives that has been lost. Netizens are feeling very sorry for the little elephant which was inside the mother elephant’s womb.

This incident happened in Malappuram, Kerala. As of now, an FIR has been filed against the unidentified people who fed the elephant with the pineapple.
