Blockbuster Tamil filmmaker Venkat Prabhu's next is the 'Thalapathy' Vijay-starrer titled The Greatest of All Time and will feature songs and a background score composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The highly-anticipated film is a multi-starrer and also includes several popular Tamil cinema names starting with Kolai fame Meenakshi Chaudhary who is playing the female lead, while Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram, Laila, Sneha, Mohan, Ajmal Amir, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Premgi Amaren, Vaibhav, Aravind Akash, and Ajay Raaj, will be appearing in key roles. In the meantime, Venkat Prabhu on Monday, March 4, attended the J Baby press meet in Chennai where he addressed media persons' queries about the possibilities of guest appearances in The Greatest of All Time, while also opening up on his working experience with Vijay after Ajith in Mankatha (2011).
Speaking to the press. Venkat Prabhu stated that he cannot say anything about any special appearances by other stars in The Greatest of All Time at this point, while adding that there will indeed be many characters. Having previously collaborated with Ajith Kumar in Mankatha and now with Vijay in The Greatest of All Time, the hit Tamil director opened up saying that they both are easy to work with and are director's actors stating that it is a delight to collaborate with them. He revealed that he was extremely nervous during the initial stages of filming about working with Ajith and Vijay, adding that they both made everyone feel cool and relaxed on the sets.
There has been a huge buzz surrounding The Greatest of All Time ever since it was announced that Venkat Prabhu and Vijay are joining hands for the first time, and fans are looking forward to yet another cracker of an entertainer from the filmmaker along the lines of Mankatha, which went on to become one of the biggest box office hits in Ajith's career.
